COMPASS is thrilled to introduce the first cohort of the COMPASS Pathfinders: Conservation Leaders Program—a group of twenty amazing humans from across North America and the Caribbean who are ready to lead with clarity, courage, and connection.

Built on the foundational strengths of the Wilburforce Leaders in Conversation Program, this 8-month long program is designed to help participants deepen their leadership skills, strengthen their ability to build trust and collaborate across differences, and explore strategic pathways for change that center both people and nature.

These Pathfinders bring a rich diversity of expertise, lived experiences, and perspective, including Indigenous knowledge and western science, that will enrich their collective learning and guide their efforts to reimagine conservation as a collaborative, just, and compassionate effort.

We are truly honored for the opportunity to support this new cohort of Pathfinders as they cultivate the tools, relationships, and resilience needed to expand their impact. We invite you to download their bios to get to know them and follow along as we share more about them once the program is underway!
