Many of us have experienced disappointing events—from technological friction to poor meeting design, challenging spaces to tough crowds. But we also know that events can be purposeful, productive opportunities to connect people across a room or around the globe. COMPASS has extensive experience designing professional events that keep people engaged and supported, whether they’re held in-person or online. This COMPASS workshop will help you meet your event goals so that you can design, prepare for, and deliver great events.
In this 3-hour, interactive virtual workshop, we’ll explore:
- Strategic agenda design
- Facilitation philosophy and techniques
- Best practices
- Technological tools for better virtual events
- Troubleshooting (before it happens)
You’ll leave with a strong foundation in event design and delivery, plus a mini-workbook to help guide you through putting together your own productive future events.
